Midsummer 2013: Summer Juice

Everybody enjoys a fresh drink in Summer. It is even better if it is made out of fresh fruit. For this Midsummer, don’t forget to try this recipe for a fresh and citrus juice with a sweet and tropical taste.
To fill four glasses you will need:
2 oranges
1/2 lemon
A big chunk of watermelon
A big chunk of papaya
3-4 leaves of mint
A bowl of cherries
Take the stones out of the cherries, blend them and use a sieve to get rid of the peels. Add the juice of the oranges and lemon. Add the deseeded watermelon and papaya to the blender and finally the mint.
And that’s it! A perfect Summer drink for your Midsummer celebration this year!
