Halloween 2013: Devil’s Carbonara

Still don’t know what to cook today? Try this Tagliatelli Carbonara with a twist. Together with your Poisonous Pumpkin Soup you can make a delicious Autumn menú with a creepy look, but a tasty flavour!

First, you will need the following ingredients:

Tagliatelli (red and black)

Garlic

Chorizo

Trumpet of the dead

Parmesan

Cream

Egg

Fry the garlic and chorizo together. When you have enough oil/fat on the pan, add the mushrooms.

Boil the tagliatelli and add to the pan. Add the cream and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the cream is thicker, add the egg, beaten and mix well. Cook for less than one minute. Serve and add parmesan.

Tip: If you want it to be really devilish, add a very spicy finger chilly on top (chopped)
